Failed generations

If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically.

Unusable results

If an egg comes out unusable, write to support@twistegg.app with its link and we'll return the credits.

Credit packs

A pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from your account. You keep the current period's credits until it ends, and you won't be charged again. A renewal can be refunded within 7 days if none of that period's credits have been used.

How to ask

Write to support@twistegg.app or reply to your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem.
