Privacy Policy

What we store

• Your account: email address, name and profile picture (from Google, if you sign in with it).
• What you make: templates, prompts, the generated models and your credit history.
• Purchases and subscriptions: the order, plan and status from our payment partner. We never see your card.
• A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a language cookie.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site, the database and the model files.
• Meshy generates the 3D models from your prompt (the prompt only, not your account).
• Creem handles checkout, subscriptions, invoices and tax.

Your choices

Ask us to export or delete your data at support@twistegg.app. Deleting an account removes its eggs and history.
