Terms of Service

The service

Twist Egg, operated by Iris, turns a template and a short description into a 3D model of a twist-open egg, prepared for 3D printing. Generations and custom parametric downloads use credits. The example eggs on each template page are free.

Your account

You sign in with Google or an email address, one account per person. Keep your account secure; you're responsible for what's made with it.

What you may describe

Don't ask for content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights (trademarks, characters you don't own), or that is hateful or sexual. We may refuse or remove such generations and close accounts that keep asking.

Your eggs

You may print, share and sell the eggs you make here, including commercially. Generated results can resemble existing works; check before selling a design that looks like a known character.

Subscriptions and credits

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Each period's credits expire at the end of that period.
• Credit packs are one-off purchases; their credits don't expire.
• Credits from invite codes don't expire.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Payments are handled by Creem, our payment partner and merchant of record. Refunds follow the refund policy.

No warranty

Prints depend on your printer, filament and settings. The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
